Inside Fupower: Our Professional Silicone Hose Molding Workshop with Over 10 Years of Experience
For ten consecutive years, Shanghai Fupower has been dedicated to the R&D, mold development, and precision molding of high-performance automotive silicone hoses.
To date, we have independently developed and maintained a library of over 1,000 exclusive silicone hose mold models, covering virtually all mainstream passenger cars, trucks, ATVs, and UTV off-road vehicles on the global market. This is our specialized silicone tubing molding workshop, serving as the central hub for the production of all custom-shaped silicone tubing.
Our spacious, standardized smart molding production workshop is equipped with a full suite of precision molding equipment, professional multi-layer hand-wrapping processes, high-temperature vulcanization ovens, and a comprehensive quality inspection system covering the entire production process. We have achieved full in-house integration of the entire production chain: raw silicone material processing, custom mold development, specialty tube molding, structural reinforcement, high-temperature vulcanization, and airtightness and burst pressure performance testing. All of our turbocharger hoses, intercooler hoses, radiator cooling hoses, intake hoses, clutch hoses, and silicone fittings are manufactured here. We provide tailored tubing solutions for Ford, BMW, GMC, Dodge, Nissan, and a wide range of performance-tuned vehicles.
Leveraging our extensive library of proven molds, we support rapid prototyping, custom color options, and the production of complex, non-standard silicone tubing. Our products’ consistent high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, excellent aging resistance, and exceptionally long service life have earned us long-term, stable partnerships with customers in the global automotive aftermarket and performance tuning sectors.
